I had a good experience getting my taxes done in 2025, but I called early last week to ask a question about capital gains and the tax implications for me, he said he'd get right back to me. Mr Nabil never called me back. Then I sent an e-mail over the weekend to ask him to follow up, no response. I called again and he seemed to be imposed upon that I expected a response from a question I asked a week ago, In addition he requested I pay an additional $350 for a report just to answer the question. Not going back this year that's for sure.

Nabil has done our taxes for the past two years and he is great! He has a very easy to use online platform where you can upload all of your tax documents so you don’t have to worry about forgetting anything. He is quick to respond to messages and worked on our taxes from all the documents we uploaded before our appointment so it was fast and easy. Highly recommend!
