I had one of the WORST experiences working with Lou and his daughter Michelle. Some of the most disrespectful, unprofessional people I’ve ever worked with especially that contemptuous daughter of his, Michelle. This office submitted my taxes late which led me to have to pay late fees. When addressing their mistake, there was no accountability. Honestly, I was taken aback by the disrespect they had for a paying client and someone whose family they worked with for years. Save yourself the time and stress.

I am very pleased with his service. I have done my income taxes for the past four years and my return I get it no later than two weeks. I will recommend him to anybody who want done income tax and commercial as well for a low fee of $80-100.
