Very bad experience with this tax preparer. We contacted him ahead of time to do our taxes but at the last minute, just a few days before the deadline to file the tax return, he said that he could not do our taxes. He assured us that an extension had been requested to the IRS, which was not true. We were fined 500 by the IRS for the delay in filing our tax return. Mr. White refused to compensate us. He was negligent and unprofessional.

We contacted Mr. White to prepare our 2019 tax return. After several months without hearing from him, he notified us that it was not possible for him to prepare our taxes. He stated that he had requested an extension of deadline, which was not true. We got a 500 late filing penalty.
