Sadly I hired Asem Razzaq for submitting my taxes for year ending 2022.This was a very bad and teaching experience Here is what he did. He did not file taxes for 3rd and 4th quarter for both NYS and IRS so both fined me and I had to submit for them the amount due immediately after speaking with them on the phone.so due to the delay i had to pay for late charges and penalty..When I told him he did not do it,he became defensive and insulting. Then he told me on april,2023 he is filing for employee retention credit due to COVID and he said I will get the payment in August.I did not get any payment.So i called IRS and the person there told me there is nothing filed.I had also paid 500$ extra to Asem Razzak for this work..Now I have to ask the other accountant to do this work. The other aspects of his work.He hardly ever replies back,neither on phone nor on text nor on voice mail nor e mails.He also misplaces paper work When he took my business to file,he said he is CPA then he told me later on he will be getting CPA license soon.I don' know what is the status now. I will never recommend him to any person and request others who have dealt with him and have same experience should also post their experiences so other innocent clients can be protected.
