First and last time using him. He is unresponsive, sloppy in filling his forms commonly making errors, and inaccurate in stating anticipated in refund amount.

We have been using Charles for years come to find out recently hes been stealing from us. Do your self a favor call IRS and ask about your refund check amount. He is know to deposit less amount in your direct deposit. Please you are warned !!! If you dont believe me call IRS and find out for yourself

I HAVE BEEN WITH MR. CHARLES FOR OVER 15 YEARS, I MOVEDI have been with Mr. Charles for over 15 years. I moved to the Virgin Islands in 2015. Still he does my taxes. I am very pleased and satisfied with his work.
