Really disappointed!!Thought he was a professional but turns out a retard. He gets all the info on my banks routing number and account number but he checks off the paper check instead of direct deposit for the return. Direct deposit in any way is safer than paper check because the check may get lost in the mail and it takes longer even though the return amount is the same.
