By far the worst experience of my life. I went to file my taxes and was verbally accosted and racially discriminated against. I was told I know something about being rude and asked if I was going to punch him. This was simply because they were confronted for not following through with filing a return I already paid for since January, just two days away from tax day. Unacceptable.

Ralph is hands down the most incompetent person, in any profession I have had the displeasure to witness, let alone a tax preparer. You are quite literally better served using Quicken on a 20+ year old computer using Windows 95 that is laden with malware then going to Ralph. He should be barred from ever touching a return again, and cast off to whatever the the Island of Misfit Toys for tax prepares is, where he belongs.
