Was paid same day to our taxes and left, had to get back to us about certain tax information, after few days i called had to leave several voice messages. finally returned call and said still hasnt filed taxes. IDK if you pay for a service expect it to be priority and done same day. I decided not to follow through since taxes werent file yet anyway , the uncertainty didnt care for. he understtod payment returned. Make sure you ,make copies of all your documents before handing them over. Mysteriouly all documents dissapeared...(maybe a Haha momemt )but its ok able to get copies, terible to this to a person who has cancer.
