Lost my tax refund by not putting my bank account number on the tax form. Now I have to either sit on the phone with the IRS or wait until they figure out I didn’t cash the check. Refunds I was supposed to get a week ago I’ll now get who knows when. His response? “Sirry. You’ll get a check”. Wouldn’t answer any further emails. Huge careless error. I’ll never use him again, nor would I ever recommend him.
