My wife and I bern Tasiana's clients for over 7 years
We always paid her on time. We where greateful for her hwlp with Tax filing. Thia year 2025 she was very unprofessional. When I would call her and ask her something bwcause I forgot that I already asked, eventually she got rud. She told me in a nasty tone that She already told me this and that many times. I told her I was hut by a train in 2008 and my short term memory is bad. She juat told me that you should just qrite everything down. She also charged us almost double the ammount of what she usually charged us. Then we filed also foe cloaing buainesses and decided to let her cool off. Thwn we would reach out and pay her foe her helping us with Tax retuen for 2024. We recently r3ached out to go to her to pay her and ahe told us she didn't do out tax retuens. She didn't even care to reach out to let us know that if we don't pay by a certain date that she would not do that tax return for us. She was very rude on the phone qith my wife and kep hanging out with every call.
