I almost never write reviews, honestly. But I did have a really professional experience at prepare us. Solve all my problems which is the important thing here, but that way you feel in the place, safe, clean... neat! I can't recommended enough! :

So poor arguments Damaly G, starting from miserably stating the facts that my office overcharge you and you didn't even have money to pay your very low fees. It is well known by everyone that when you choose a bank product, the bank will charge you a fee for such service, which has nothing to do with the tax return preparation fee. You are telling everyone in this web page that you signed a fee disclosure statement at this office that you didn't read before accepting the terms on it. So irresponsible action. I would never feel sorry or express any type of compassion for anyone who refuses to comply with their responsibilities. I'm not here to feel compassion for people who's looking for bargain. I'm a Tax Professional with proven experience and enough honesty gained over thousands of hours of study and hard work. Feel better by going to one of the "Free File" locations provided by the city agencies because "we charge for our services".

If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and informed service DO NOT GO HERE. When I went recently in February of 2016, I did my taxes here and I asked Pablo (the owner and the one that does your taxes) if he was able to take out his $125 fee from my taxes. He said okay. When I receive my tax refund, $165 was taken out of my account. I then called Pablo and he said he had told me it was going to be $165. I told him if I would have known that I would not have agreed at all to pay that much money when I could pay him the flat $125 fee. He went on to say, "Well you paid for a fee and that was the amount that is charged. I got my money already and the rest went to bank fees." My biggest issue is that he didn't show any compassion, especially knowing I was extremely upset. He just went on to defend himself. He didn't make me feel better about the situation, he made me feel worse. My other big issue is the service he provides when you are actually getting your taxes done. He doesn't talk much to you. He is impersonal and slightly cold. It clearly seems like he just wants to get his money and have you go. But getting your taxes done is on some level a very personal and intimate service. You're dealing with someone else's money so I want that comfortability and reliability from someone. Overall, he is abrasive in his tone and approach. He didn't clearly state that the fee was going to be $165 instead of $125 making him not trustworthy since he is not even reliable in giving you all the information you need. There are so many other tax services or free tax service in NYC. DO NOT GO HERE!
