Went there for few years I got auditet twice I asked for help ,not even an answer ,they don't answer any phone calls or when j went to see Ira Broner about my audit he didn't want to see me ,scam artist most of his clients get audited as long as you pay cash he does your taxes on the spot

One word to describe the client experience - Disgusting...Please stay away from this firm ...first they filed my tax returns incorrectly - therefore they had to send amended returns ... I am waiting 4 months on my amended returns . I have not received any update or copy of my amended filing despite 100 phone calls and emails. They continue to lie. Use st your own peril...

Just go with another company, trust me on this one. They dont respond to emails. They dont answer the phone. Their voicemail is always full so you cant even leave a message.I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now as they still haven't returned my tax forms. They have taken my money which was mailed to their address so I know someone is there. I would say they are utterly utterly incompetent but im now beginning to think there is more to it. Stay away is my advice. Unless you want to be writing a similar message on here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He was supposed to file my return electronically and now he can't because he said the IRS doesn't allow it any longer. He is a liar. He just isn't allowed to do it any longer??? Fraud alert people!!!!!
