He is a good accountant but the lines are very long. Expect to wait 4 to 5 hours. He has a broken system where the local clients will come and sign in their name and leave. Most of the time they don't even show up. Some will show up and get to skip you even if you were there waiting for 4 hours. His secretary is very rude and unprofessional if you complain for waiting for so long.
