Unprofessional I would not Recommend to anyone, I leave the document to her to do my taxes and she was telling as she will call us review and already past a lot of month and she didnt do nothing, no answer phone calls no respond messages no emails, just need to get back my documents yo do somewhere else.

I paid for for my taxes to be done and received a letter from the IRS that I did not file for the year and had to pay to get them redone...found out even her positive reviews are fake

If I could give this unprofessional individual a zero, I would. I wouldn't even recommend my enemy to this woman. Communication is horrible, you call the office, no answer,no return calls or no email replies. the worst I've had to deal with. Never again will I work with her and will definitely not refer anyone to her.

I cannot believe how unprofessional! because of her I get audited and she refuses to respond to my calls or emails. he first said she was on vacation and she would call back later in the day. That was a week ago. I've called non stop, day and night and emailed her and no response.
