Be careful! Do not use this unprofessional woman. She overcharges to prepare your tax so make sure you check your statements. The amount she billed is more than what is on the receipt. She took my hard earned money and never filed my state tax. YEARS later the state notifies me of this and that I owe over double the amount due to interest and penalties. I contacted Carol to give her a chance to fix it. She lied to me again. The state never received a copy of my taxes after she claimed to have sent it. Please take heed to my warning. This woman is not to be trusted. Thank God I contacted the state to check or else it would have gone to collections.
