People, write reviews and don't say exactly why this business is fraud. I have been doing my taxes with her since 2011 and let me tell you. She charges fair prices ampamp always asks a lot of proof of documents of course its time consuming every year asking same thing over and over I think, its because people lie a lot and want easy money or just hassle around, Her clients mostly IMMIGRANTS including me. But I understand that TAXES it's something is serious. People can go jail for that but Mostly Uneducated Immigrants who only wants big refund, unethical don't want deal with right person. She refuses to take those client, This happened in front of me, NEW client walked in asked if she can prepare her taxes 1 year amendment , has court hearing and she needs them asap. Its takes her weeks to prep my taxes in general. After all she agreed to help her which is she did helped her .AFTER SHE got taxes done. She asked her money back, tried to put her down, asking money back because it took her only couple hours ,that whatever she charged doesn't worst it. She had to kicked her out from office with Force that what I So if you think she is not that want to deal with, Go prepare your taxes with those illegal tax prepares.She is excellent, ,honest and diligence lady who works hard and earns people trust. She doesn't need advertisement she well known in community.
