She prepared my taxes and after I signed my forms she added her own account info to my return without my knowledge. After months and months of trying to hunt my return down the IRS confirmed that it was sent to her and she withdrew it claiming it was the fee for her service. It was over 500, Who charges that much for a basic tax prep? Give me a break, what a scam artist. The IRS reported her to the Better Business Bureau and flagged her. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but to her.
