I would like to formally retract my previous review of 5 stars and replace it with ZERO stars, unfortunately the lowest I can give is 1 star. Gene and the tax strategies group have been ignoring me, stopped answering my calls, emails, messages, etc. for going on a year now. He has outstanding tasks that have not been completed, even after repeated asking and inquiring. All of these tasks that are outstanding are ones that have been paid for but for some reason he has not bothered to answer me or even remotely try to correct, finish and close out .
Highly, highly disappointed and can not wait to done with this chapter and be done with Gene and Tax strategies group! The absolute worst experience.

I am a small business owner and was running my own accounting with QuickBooks online. When things started to pick up, I realized that I need some real help. I reached out to Gene and tax strategies for that help and it was one of the best business decisions I ever made. He cleaned up 3 years of crappy bookkeeping, helped me streamline my business and help guide me through the PPP loan application and everything that goes after that. I could not be happier with everything they have done for me and my business. If it wasn't for them, I probably would have gone out of business during the pandemic or shortly thereafter.

My dad referred me to TSG after I had serious issues with TurboTax. TSG was able to not only help me file my taxes, but also get all of my finances into order. Now my money is organized in a more logical manner, I have finally been able to pay business taxes for a company I started several years ago, and I generally feel smarter about my financial decisions.
