EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANTI had an expectation that since I was going to a professional to file my taxes, it would be done professionally.But, today because of him, I am having to pay interest along with penalty taxes to NY state. I have reached out multiple times, to set up a meeting to discuss my situation, as he told me we could fight it since he filed on my behalf timely. But he ignored my emails, and his call goes straight to voicemail.The least I expected was a reply, so I could deal with it differently.Moreover he made mistakes in my federal returns, which he refused to own up to and apparently he does not even know the different tax filing statuses.Right now, I have to do all the work by myself, for which he charged already for 2 years.Maybe all he can deal with are simple returns much like a computer program.Not recommended at all!
