This guy is a fraud. He has been stealing/diverting money to his TPG account from my wife Federal and State tax refunds. She has not received her state refunds for the past 4 years. In some cases partially received her federal tax returns. We found out, after many occasions requested the tax documents and finally he emailed them, that the her refund money have been deposited to his TPG account and never deposited to her bank account.
