Mrs. Gladys Maurell worked at least up to April of this year with the firm named Barquin, Moran, and Associates. For many years she was the person that prepared our taxes. She did well until this year when her performance on the preparation of our taxes left to much to be desired. So my previous comments shown above are valid.

Mrs. Gladys Maurell failed to file an amended tax return for the year 2017 for my wife and myself. She had told me that she had filed such a document with the IRS having sent me a copy of such a document. We were supposed to receive a refund of $885.but we never did. She never replied to any of several e-mils that I sent to her. This an unprofessional conduct.
