Heidi Dalhausser amp Associates are the best in the business: I am always confident in their extensive and skilled experience. I go therein to Mike Katz who has been doing my taxes for over 15 years and that is because he is a great CPA. The Dalhausser firm is honest, and caring. When my husband died, I was overwhelmed, and Mike and Heidi came to my rescue. I wouldnt recommend anyone else!

I was also referred from a close friend to this firm but it was not the welcoming I was expecting. The receptionist and the people upfront were incredibly rude and looked up and down as if I was some kind of criminal. I am a hard working professional who was referred by one of their respected customers, if you don't want to be discriminated I suggest you stay clear of this business.

I was referred by close friends to this firm but sad to say. I won't be doing business with them because of their very nasty and rude receptionist by the name of Arlene. She exemplifies the meaning of poor customer service. She obviously does not like her job and should be fired. If I was a business owner I would make sure that the first face and voice of the business be someone that is 100% professional AT ALL TIMES It honestly felt like I was calling a 2 bit 2nd rate joint in the middle of the ghetto. I refuse to do business with owners that don't take the time to screen their employees or maintain a certain level of quality throughout.
