the service is ok and they try to get you a lot of $$ back on your refund, but good luck trying to gen an appointment or an answer.
there is no phone number listed online for this business, the one they write on their tax forms doesnt work, they never answer emails, and in tax season you need to go before 9am and wait all day. They even get security to stand outside and not let people in after 9am. so then, can you get an appointment? NO. can you get answers before or after filing taxes? NO. can you go inside? NO.
