Frank has cost me thousands of dollars by improperly filing my taxes. He said he would fix the issue as it was his own mistake that caused me to be fined 2 years in a row but now after a year i still have no information on how he plans to fix this issue. He refuses to answer or return my phone calls. He will not take accountability for his actions and remedy the situation.
