Extremely Disappointed – Costly Errors & Poor Service
Our experience with Rivera Tax and Accounting was nothing short of frustrating and financially damaging. We entrusted them with our company’s bookkeeping and tax filings, expecting professionalism and accuracy. Unfortunately, their failure to properly maintain records and file documents in a timely manner resulted in significant setbacks, including lost opportunities for government assistance during the pandemic and unnecessary complications with the IRS.
What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability and communication throughout the process. Rather than proactively addressing issues, we were met with delays, inconsistencies, and a complete disregard for the impact their negligence had on our business. A tax service should provide peace of mind—unfortunately, Rivera Tax and Accounting did the opposite.
For any business owner looking for reliable financial support, I strongly recommend seeking a more competent and transparent firm. The cost of working with the wrong provider, as we learned the hard way, extends far beyond money—it affects trust, stability, and long-term growth.
