When I was expecting a travel reimbursement check from my employer I received a letter instead saying that it was garnished by my state tax agency. I had no idea why. Then when I called the state tax agency they explained that it showed that I owed back taxes. I reached out to a networking group and someone referred me to Teszra. I had to dig through old papers and sent her everything I had. It was a complete mess but somehow she was able to make sense of my situation. She reached out to the state and filed the correct paperwork for me. She then followed up with me later to make sure everything was complete. It feels great to know my back taxes are taking care of and it wouldn't have been possible without Teszra stepping in, analyzing the issue, and coming up with a solution. She was professional, always available, and could talk accounting/tax language in a way to make someone like me understand. I highly recommend taking your situation to Teszra for positive results.
