This is the worst place ever!!!I went to Wendy 3-17-15 for a tax amendment and she definitely did not do her part.I have contacted the its I went in to the its building they provided me with a transcript saying there was no activity on my account,printed it out for me and said take it to he and show her.I contacted her right away,she then says let me call and see what happened I'll call you back when she calls back she states they need a letter from my daycare provider,so I rush get the letter and I fax it to her.now mind you I went to her in March I was not able to get a hold of her until October.She came with all kinds of excuses from car accidents to having new employees that did not give her my messages.So I go to her office the next because I wanted proof of the overnight receipt,which she had.Now come December the its sends me another letter saying they need an additional 45 days,and then again in February.I contact the its to find out what's going on is it something she did wrong and they tell me they had sent her back my income tax and she was suppose to resend them with new signatures.I have been calling this lady for day,weeks,and months and can never get her.I've spoken with different employees constantly who keeps lying for her the staff there changes like every couple of weeks."RED FLAG"So I've spoken with someone else there recently whom is a guy whom states he handles the files that has issues and he would look at my file and contact me back the same day,and of course he hasn't!!I have contacted the better business bureau whom reached out to her business twice and she has not responded,of course she isn't bbb accredited..So here it is 3-16-2016 a whole year later and still no resolution!!!Please do yourself a favor and find another tax prepare.What's the use of spending money to get your taxes done if your not going to receive your money.Poor customer service!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I have to say that I should have known better. There were clues in the beginning. She was extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. She was taking personal phone calls from her husband/boyfriend while doing my taxes. I would set up a time to meet with her and she wouldn't be there. Then she would come in with a ton of excuses. No wonder why there were multiple errors and as a result, I am being audited. I tried time and time again to have her rectify the problem. (I have documented proof, emails and texts of all of this) I kept asking her to call the IRS and speak to them regarding this matter especially since she prepared my return and was supposed to be the professional, that's what I paid her for. She kept giving me the wrong paperwork to send to the IRS, would blame them for getting it wrong. It was evident that she was in WAY over her head. Here I am now, a full year later still dealing with this problem. I ended up hiring a REAL CPA to try and make sense of what she did. He says she made a laundry list of errors and he doesn't understand why she made them. Of course hiring an accountant is going to cost me even more money. I emailed her a couple of weeks ago and asked her to refund me the money I paid her because I was dissatisfied and because I now had to hire someone else to fix her problems. Here was her response: "You gave me a wrong paper and it is my mistake It is not about the money And you admitted you gave me a wrong paper I will pass your e mail to my business attorney and insurance with all the time input with all the phone calls and all the work I did As well as the copy of your receipt of what you had provided me It is a shame how people think So yes I work for free for you honey I will have my legal department also take care" Sent from my iPhone First of all, I have NO idea what she's talking about when she says that I admitted I gave her the wrong paper. Maybe she's confusing me with another unhappy client. After being at her office multiple times, I noticed that she has a ridiculous amount of turnover with employees. The employees had to apologize consistently for me having to deal with her and for them having to lie for her. That explains why she goes through employees. All in all, WORST experience I have ever had. Stay FAR, FAR away from this business. Do yourself a favor and do your taxes with a REAL accountant or use TurboTax, it would cost you a hell of a lot less money and stress!
