He's just the worst. He never answers the phone, once he gets the money, he'll never answer again. But that's only one side of his bad service. He's not even close to professional. This guy made a mistake on my tax return for 2018 that stopped me from getting financial aid for the scholastic year 20202021. What's even funnier that he insists that what he did is right. This guy has a bad reputation for ripping off people when he gets a chance.
