I mailed two copies of the City taxes to you to file back in April. One for you to sign and mail and the other for your file. As I explained to you they cannot be filed through the program and you didn't have an account with the city, so I could not go online and file on your behalf (which is not something that was included in your fee). I sent another copy in the summer when you called to say they did not have it on file. I called the city on your behalf and was told they didn't have it. I sent them a copy without your signature to at least get their attention. It should have been returned to you for your signature. Unfortunelly, I cannot control the City of Phila. I do respond to emails and text messages, during work hours. I happened to be on vacation this week when you tried to reach me. I am sorry my extra attention did not meet your approval.

Sorry you didn't know I had had communication with wife as to what was going on with your return or that your return was filed and your refund had been received.
