Horrible service. I was on the phone with someone to make an appointment and during that call they never said no appointment. So to my surprise i arrived to the place and a guy came out to the small waiting area and ask "so who's next?" Very unprofessional because they did not even have a sign in sheet and I asked about my appointment and he laughed and said we don't make appointments here so my question is ... why did he not say that when he was on the phone with me to begin with?
