Norma formerly worked at the local HR Block office on South Rainbow and prepared my taxes there for two seasons before leaving to start her own tax service. Once on her own she proved less responsive and far less professional. She filed my next year's taxes late after first leaving HR Block, but gave me a discount on preparation and did get me a fair refund. However, like the other reviewer, the next tax season she procrastinated up to the last minute, kept making promises that she did not keep and left me in a lurch. She failed to file my taxes at all. She then stopped responding to my phone calls, emails and texts.In short - I would advise anyone considering using her for tax preparation to reconsider. I've heard she was most recently doing tax work for the HR Block on Decatur. If you get saddled with her, do yourself a favor and ask for anyone else. If you've enlisted her as your independent tax preparation specialist, you'd do best to run the other way and avoid her. Be advised...

Norma Kasday accepted $750.00 in payments from me since January 2016, in order to organize my files and do my taxes. On Sunday, April 17, I spoke to her to make sure the extension was filed. She said she was in the system and would get it done. Tuesday my husband asked about it so I texted her and asked if she file the extension on time. Her response was: "I needed your information. socials I can't read your mind." Wow! And she has all of W2s & 1099s... How stupid do you have to be to let someone's taxes go past the due date and not even bother to call them. Norma Kasday is useless as a CPA. DO NOT USE NORMA KASDAY!!! STAY FAR AWAY.
