I had the exact same issue with Larry. He told me he had corrected an issue from 2020, and we are now in 2025 and he never addressed. And now - he has ghosted my husband and I, meanwhile I have accrued back interest and fees from the IRS. Really disappointing.

Larry Kramer is a thief!! He needs to be put in jail. He took $$ and made excuses for a year and did absolutely nothing. Then he disappeared. Stay far away from him. If he committed this crime to any one person he will do it to you! Anyone who's been taken advantage by him is strongly advised to call the police dept in your local jurisdiction. This is a horrible human being that needs to be shut down!

Larry made a good start on my OIC. But after we ran into delays--and a bad IRS agent-- he tapped out.More than most people, I have disdain for professionals that ghost. That's exactly what he did. Reading other reviews--I see that's consistent. Maybe he needs a larger firm where others could cover for poor communication

I dont know how many times I can thank Larry Kramer for helping me turn my life around. I was so terrified for my family and I before hiring Larry. I had some serious delinquent tax issues. Larry was able to help me settle my wapping 94,000 dollar tax debit. To get that final letter in the mail telling me my OIC was accepted was life changing for us. Not only that but Larry helped me multiple times along the way to reassure me during them scary threatening tax letters and more. Larry also sees my taxes yearly through my 5 year tax probation period very grateful to have a permanent accountant who now knows my kids my name !!
