Ivan Odiaga is a thief and a crook. He lied to me about my refund amount and purposefully enter his bank acct info instead of mine which I provided him for direct deposit. Ivan has done this to others and is running a True SCAM. This has happened to multiple people in the Vegas valley and metro police have multiple reports of him on record. I urge you to go to the police and file a report. Strength in numbers. Iris Honderman is also in on the scam. Its his mother and she owns other locations. Do not trust these people

Ivan odiaga is a thief ! Stay away with this scammer, same thing happens to me , Ivan put wrong numbers on my tax form and when I check the irs wheres my refund irs cannot found my account due to a wrong refund amount And it was direct deposit to a civista bank , Ivan odiaga put this account number WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and Ivan odiaga took a large amount of my money... I already file a complaint to the TFC and Im waiting from the IRS to send me the tax preparer complaints form and I will file my complaints to BBB , so please stay away from Ivan odiaga his a thief and a scammer

Ivan Odiaga was working at Silver State Tax and Multi-Services when I went to have him do my taxes. He purposefully lied to me about the amount I was supposed to get back from the IRS, and quoted me a lesser amount. He then gave me a fake story about if I tried tracking the status of my refund through the IRS Where's My Refund page, that it would not show up due to circumstance out of his control. Well it is a big lie. Ivan said that so that when I tried to see what the status of my filing and return were, I wouldn't be able to find it unless i had the TRUE amount that I was to have received from the IRS. without that actual number, the IRS site won't provide you any info. Ivan then overrode my personal banking info i gave him and filled out the 1040 to have the IRS deposit into HIS bank. Without my knowledge, without my consent, nothing. And he brazenly kept a large amount of my money and had Iris Hondermann cover for him and tell me all sorts of stories to keep me from the truth. Ivan also never gave me all of my copies of my paperwork when I was there. Please stay away from Ivan Odiaga, Iris Hondermann, and Silver State Tax and Multi-Serivces because if you Google them and read their reviews, they are doing this to people.
