I filled my taxes on 3218 and on 4118 I called the IRS to find out the status and they told me they never received my information. I called Castro and he never answered my phone call but wife told me their systems were down and they mailed them in, so I asked for my refund. Poor service will not return!

Went to this place since it was recommended turns out not only did they charge me but they never even efiled my taxes. Called IRS and they stated they didnt have nothing in the system. How and why is that even possible especially since supposedly Castro Enterprise filed them in February.This place is a joke the owner Jose himself is a joke. A sorryis not a good enough reason to me or the IRS. DONT GO THERE !!!!!CASTRO ENTERPRISE Will rip you off. Trust me there were alot of other people complaining about the same issue. His answer oh just wait for the IRS it takes time. No! If you efile it takes around 21 days unless of course there are special circumstances. Save your time money.

Very Unprofessional business. Charges 10% of amended refund and then does not comply with what was said. This person does not take responsibility of actions taken and charges for false promises.

Very unprofessional and dishonest work. If you use their services services be ready to hear from the IRS, at which point they will stop taking your calls.
