Keri did my taxes incorrectly, and I had to pay the difference and all the late fees associated with it. I was only informed my taxes were wrong by the IRS, and then I was unable to get a call, text, or email back from this business. I have tried everything to figure out what went wrong and how to get it resolved, but instead I had to go through the IRS and have them determine the error. It has been several months, and I still have not heard from Keri and have paid the extra fines myself. I would give 0 stars, but it will not allow me to go lower than 1.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TAX SERVICE AGAIN. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED, DO NOT RETURN CALLS, AND THEIR OFFICE SMELLS LIKE A CIGARETTE. THEY ALSO LIKE TO DISCUSS THEIR POLITCAL VIEWS WHILE DOING YOUR TAXES -- SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
