I'm so grateful that Malena prepared my taxes over the years. She's fair, honest, trustworthy and extremely sharp! Malena works fast and accurately. I even referred her to my adult children who used her services to prepare their tax returns. I've used other name brand tax companies before which charge a fortune but don't give you the kind of value that Malena does. I'll never go back to using any other service but hers!

Not a good experience at all. I was promised be Melena that my books would be done on three separate occasions. When I started to call daily to get my books she would not return my calls. I felt sorry when I talked to the office staff as they were trying to help but they were stuck with trying to cover up for the lack of professionalism. The last straw was when I started to get non filing notices for returns that i was told were filed .
