Maryann did a great job filing my 2021 personal tax return. That is where the good news ends.After I paid Maryann for another service s corp election, she not only failed to respond to my multiple texts, emails and phone calls over the next few months, but then spun a web of lies when I requested a refund for the job she did not do over 3 months after payment was delivered. She even created false documents and confirmations to try to prove her narrative and I had to get in contact with the IRS, a team of CPAs and the state to untangle the truth from the lies. Even with all this confirmation of deception, Maryann has continued to lie and has yet to refund my payment.As someone who owns their own small business, it was a complete nightmare. I hope to save you from the same. My advice to you: find a CPA instead!

We used this Tax Accountant to file Taxes jointly. The forms were done incorrectly due to receiving several notices from the states that the refunds are inaccurate, the payments were not made. However, we reached out to the accountant several times and it took her over two months to actually file our forms and lied that the forms were filed. Also, she charged us for the tax we owed to the state and never paid it with the return. Reached out several times to the preparer and never answers the phone or the email or the payment portal.
