Phil has not completed my 2021 taxes yet despite my constant efforts to find out why. Will not return phone calls nor written requests. Have engaged an attorney. Ive used him for ten years sudden change in behavior is costing me IRS penalties for failing to file. Be careful - you might end up in my situation if you ask Phil to do your taxes.

Phil Liner is absolutely WONDERFUL. He knew how to do my Mother's railroad taxes for my deceased Father when no one else know ow to do them. When my Mother passed away he was able to do her taxes me being the one filing. When I get my taxes done he is spot on. He has helped my family for many many years and is very knowledgeable. His staff is also really great. Besides the monthly email letter his staff contacts me for certain info especially durin covid 19 when it hit our area hard. I would reccommend him to everyone.
