Very nice lady. Did my taxes at a very reasonable rate. I have been going to her for over 6 years. She's very honest and doesn't put up with bologna. So if you had a bad experience it's probably because you're a bonehead yourself

Terrible. Screamed at me over the phone for following up on her request and hung up on me. Made me feel stupid as if I was in the wrong. The worst person Ive ever met.
