My Father has been waiting for his taxes to be done since February. My mother passed away in Nov. 2019 and now he is sick. He needs his money!!! Please answer your phone or call me! Either you do his taxes or send them to me ASAP!

My mother has had the same issue as all other the other posters here - hasn't heard from Alyson since she dropped off her documents and now is unable to reach her to retrieve them. Wondering if anyone has had any resolution of this problem?

I am having the same issue about her not responding to my emails and I can't leave a message due to her mailbox being full. I'm fortunate enough to have my paperwork in my possession but she never completed my taxes and I had already paid.
