Only 1 star because I was forced to add one BUT SHE IS A FRAUD!!! I signed a return that was supposed to receive a refund and I ended up getting a letter from IRS that I owe money!! When I sent her the letter and asked what was going on she said she'd take care of it...nope...got another letter that I owe plus late fees!! Texted her about it and no response. She's definitely a fraud DONT USE HER UNLESS YOU WANT HER TO FILE FRAUDULENT TAXES!!
