Horrible. Not a CPA. Did 2018 taxes for an elderly family member but never provided a copy of the return after numerous requests by me. Then we receive a letter from IRS...tax return is in error. I Again requested copy of return. Still to this day no copy of return. Had to hire a real CPA to fix the errors. Stay Clear of this Tax Service
