She never sent my husbands taxes for 2020. We recived a letter from the IRS now in 2024. We called AB & J Notary Services and she first said we did not hire her for that year and she did not have a record of us. We then found a copy of his 2020 tax which states that she prepared it. When we brought this up to her she kept getting defensive and changing the story. So hard to work with, this still isnt resolved. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not trying to bash her, she seems nice but the job isnt being done and she is bad at her job. Go to someone who knows what there doing and save the hassle.

I called Idalia to ask if she could do electronic filing for my dad (who has been his client since 2013). She completely refused to speak with me. Her assistant kept saying "she was too busy to speak with me." I repeatedly asked her assistant when would be a good time to call Idalia back, and she just said, "she would not speak with me because she was too busy." At the end, they just disregarded my call and said they don't do electronic filing. Seriously? We are in 2016 and she only knows how to do paper filing? Save your money and go with a real professional. This tax preparer is far from being one.
