My husband brought our taxes to Ryan for the first time this year. We opened a business and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. He combined the personal and business at first and my husband quickly told him that wasn’t what we wanted. He said he would have to look over it and work on it again. He charged us $517 for the preparation. Over a month ago this all happened. Phone calls, emails and texts have all gone unanswered and our taxes were never finished. We ended up hiring a reliable tax person who has not only already processed them but got us a return. Ryan is scum of the earth in my opinion. Don’t ever use him. If I could give 0 stars I would
