Kelly had been my CPA for a few years and I will never forget, how during our last conversation, she actually started screaming at me. Irregardless of what the situation may be, as a professional, it is imperative to remain calm, especially to a client. However, for Kelly to lose her cool and behave in such a way let me know that she does not do well under pressure nor does she have any respect for her clients. I absolutely would not recommend Kelly.
