Last year my taxes was done by Dennis and I was charged before I was given the price. Dennis you told me I would receive $150.00 back because of the error of communication on your end. I contacted you a few times after and never received the $150.00 or a reply. Due to you unprofessional behavior I will not be using your services this year.
