I had been going to Zewdi for years and had be happy with the services until last year she lost her mind. She WITHOUT telling me took 900 in prep services. She doesn't make it a practice to be honest and transparent because even after I sent her the email from MD Comptroller saying they have me all my money, Zewdi is so dishonest she is still saying they took it.Dear Ms. Brown,Thank you for your recent email inquiry.We request you to speak with your preparer to determine where the difference in your refund is because our records indicate that the entire amount requested on your return 935.00 was deposited into the bank account provided on your return.

Hello, I have been trying to reach someone to pick up my tax forms to verify identity to IRS without any feedback. Ms Tia preparee my taxee and provoded me with 2015 2017 1040 E I am missing these forms for 2016 1040E and only receoved State Tax form for that year. This information is timed sensitive and needs to be sent to IRS ASAP. I shared with Tia my family is facing hsrdship and I curremtly graduated feom Law school and hasnt became employed. Ihave a family i need to maintain and need my documents. She has not responded. I asked can doxuments be emailed and still no response. Pls contact me at your earliest.
