So awful I couldnt get a completed return in over a month. She was very black and white with me and so sure she knew it all that had she filed I would have paid thousands more in taxes I didnt owe.The thing is she was right, in general, but my specific situation including the time frame meant it didnt apply to me. She was too arrogant or over confident to check
