Bad customer service, always a very long waiting even you had an appointment. I let him do my tax for 4-5 years up until I got audited from Comptroller of Maryland !!!! I was dumbfound and speechless. I found out from Comptroller that he had making up big numbers for several things such as health care, donations w/o my knowledge so the more he made up, more refund he would get more commission out of it. He charged me between $450-500. Comptroller said he claim donations over $10,000 on my behalf !!!! I have no clues and I told Comptroller that if I know where to look or see what was going on, I would not have to pay someone to do my tax .. Anyway Comptroller said it's still my responsibilities. I wish I knew how to check .. anyway I stopped do my tax with Kabbany after I got audited from Comptroller in 2022. He did not offer any assistance or take responsibilities on that false documents at all. Comptroller sent me the bill over $5000 !!!!!

Customer service is subpar. I was getting audited so I called Mr.Kabbany to ask questions, go over paperwork, etc he was NO type of assistance. In result, I owe the State of MD a big amount. Very disappointed.
