For four years now, Mr. Leonardo Policarpio has been preparing my taxes. I find him as a tax preparer with high standards of conduct and integrity. He will never tolerate false deductions or fabricated expenses dictated by clients. He would require to provide proof of allowable deductions to make sure that his job is audit free from the IRS. He always stands on what is right and lawful. I admire him for his professionalism and I am very satisfied with his work, and highly recommend him.

I have known Mr. Leonardo Policarpio, for quite some time now as an honest and trustworthy tax preparer.
I was shocked to read a review dated March 3, 2016 by a certain name Ven D. of Fort Washington (not a verified client) making false allegations about Mr. Policarpio. Maybe because of Mr. Policarpio’s honesty and integrity by telling his clients not to mess with IRS, I can only surmise that whosoever the person under the name of Ven D. was frustrated when he cannot get what he wants from Mr. Policarpio and what the guy said about Mr. Policarpio in the review was the other way around. It maybe this client who wants to cheat on his tax return, Mr. Policarpio refused to do what he wanted, so he became furious, which is why he vented his anger in making false accusations.
As far as I know, Mr. Policarpio makes anyone’s tax return according to IRS rules and regulations. I highly recommend that you make appointment with him to do your taxes and find out for yourself.

Leonardo Policarpio is a scam artist! He works with his own Filipinos each year. Meets at this church I listed above uses an office. With another partner.
He tells his people including us that he can work the numbers, falsify some documentation. Add fictitious employment, disability fake caregiver expenses. Tells Filipinos not to report their cash under the table and to work more for cash and work less their regular reported employment. He works on commission may charge anywhere from $150-$200 reported then collects the rest as cash unreported depending on what he gets for his people.
For example one person he got $6,000 for so he received he calls it a tip of $600 not sure if that includes the initial $150-$200.
When we wouldn’t go along with it and wanted to leave his office in the church. He grew angry and acted inappropriately and told us he already put it in the system. In fact made sure we didn’t get much back and pulled out credits and other expenses. Said since you want to do by the book! Told we had to pay instead of receiving what we were to get legally.
Funny thing while he did all this he had 2 bibles in front of him on his desk.
Also told he had been doing taxes for people under the table without a licence since before 2006.
Stay clear of this Agency!
